Do a Season

Two full seasons and numerous partial seasons in the Alps, have convinced me that:

1. Holidays are a bad idea, especially when you can be paid to do the same thing, often with less effort…

2. Customer service means different things to different people, especially ski guides.

3. About 30% of the people who come on ski holidays actually hate everything about it except for the hot tub.
